Juggle like a pro: The project manager must-know.

As a project manager, it’s important to remember that while setting the bar high is great, it’s crucial not to set it too high so that it becomes a hindrance for your team.

Think of a trapeze artist, the goal is to reach the next bar, but if the bar is set too high, the artist may fall short. Setting unrealistic expectations can lead to disappointment and frustration for both you and your team. Instead, let your team take the reins and trust in their abilities. Please give them the freedom to approach their tasks in the way that works best for them. Like a master chef, you provide the recipe, the ingredients, and the tools, but the magic happens when the chef puts their own spin on it.

By allowing your team autonomy, you’ll create a more motivated and productive team that is better equipped to handle any challenges that come their way.
