Enjoy Meistrai project
Out client “Enjoy Meistrai” is a coffee machine service provider which did not have a clear brand identity and communication strategy for social media, so it did not engage in targeted communication and was perceived by customers as a brand that unites coffee machine cleaners rather than a service professional.

The Process
We modified the communication content pillars, and the communication is now developed in two directions – customers and technicians. The Facebook page regularly educates consumers on coffee machine issues, maintenance, and services while also sharing user experiences.
The brand evokes a positive coffee experience. The graphic identity we created is based on the colors brown and gold, which represent coffee and knowledge.
